Fine for parking vehicles inside the port area without justifiable reasons

Article 60: A daily progressive fee shall be applied to trailers, locomotives, or trucks parked without justifiable reasons within the port premises. This fee shall be equivalent to the progressive fee for storing large machinery listed in Table No. 10 of Article 29. This fee shall be $30 for the first day, $35 for the second day, and so on, up to a maximum of $80 per day.
